We do accept exchanges. However, all our items are made to order therefore you will have to wait the appropriate time before an exchange can be made.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for custom-made items.
For online purchases, Mod N Ice will refund the purchase price of merchandise that is returned in its original condition and only if accompanied by the original invoice and original Mod N Ice packaging.
You must inform Mod N Ice of your intention to return the merchandise within 14 days of the date of delivery either by: (i) directly returning the merchandise to the Mod N Ice showroom, together with the original invoice; or (ii) sending an email info @modnice.com informing us of your intent to return the item(s). You then have 14 days after sending the email in which to return the goods (via the showroom or post). If you choose to post the merchandise please ensure that the product is packed well enough to avoid any damage during transport. The product must arrive at our showroom in a re-saleable condition.
Please remember to use a recorded delivery service or similar, thereby obtaining a unique tracking ID. This is your proof of sending if your parcel goes astray. Unless an item is faulty, the cost of returning the item(s) is at your expense.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Your refund will be processed within 14 days from the date the goods are received into our showroom. Please note each card processor varies in how many days it takes them to credit the money back to your card.
Mod N Ice reserves the right to refuse a refund or make a deduction from the refund on any item not deemed to be re-saleable or if any of the above terms have been breached at our sole discretion.
Unfortunately, custom-made products are not eligible for returns. Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final design before leaving the showroom.
